ARE YOU SAFE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE...?


During a get-together with some friends, one of my friends asked me why the Google web is showing all my activity in his mobile handset. This was a normal question but it also sounds some matter of security. This is same as if an unwanted involvement of yours wife’s brother in each and every day to day activity of yours. You will get irritated only because he is physically present with you. You can’t remove him from such involvements because your wife will get irritated from you.
But what will happen if anyone invisibly keeps tracking your all activities.
The same thing is happening in today’s digital world and it may be knowingly or unknowingly. In this digital world the technology is growing with its fast pace. The android Smartphone is the outcome of such development and now this is the part of one’s family. We are almost unable keep away our handsets, even for a second. This smartphone is smartly tracking all of your activity by hiding in background.
 Then what to do the next……………..the solution is to just to pause  the involvement  of such things by applying some simple steps.
When we purchase a brand new android smartphone, we get very excited & in this excitation we just ignore all the setting, terms & condition asked before starting the phone & we just move forward. In this excitation we forget that these settings, terms and condition are related to our personal security information about which we have to be aware.
One such setting while starting the android smartphone is location & history settings in Google Account Setting portion.
Just follow the following simple steps to keep your privacy safe even if anybody has used his smartphone so many times. Let’s now discuss these following simple steps.



STEP-1
Go to the Google Account page for signing in.










                                               




STEP-2
Password section page will be displayed for login. Enter the password and login to Google account.





STEP-3
After  the above step following type page will be displayed and then go to Review your privacy settings and click on get started.






                                                            





STEP-4
Then privacy checkup page will be displayed by Google account page like following image. Click on the blue colour START NOW button.

                                                                        







STEP-5
After clicking the START NOW  button we get the following page which are having different types of Privacy Check in. But for this instant we have to click on one by one on blue colour (Turn on) button.
Location History.
Device Information
If both are Turned on then Turn it off one by one.





STEP-6
After clicking on the (Turn on) button we see the following type of image in which
Location history is ON which shown by the blue dot slides toward right side.

To turn it off just click on it and the dialog box will be shown in which a Pause button will be shown asking about to pause it or not about location history.

Just click on the pause button which makes the blue colour sliding ball to grey colour and Paused status will be shown in place of Turn on button which is shown below.

 







Step-7
In similar manner you can also remove the device information stored in website by adopting following steps.












Just click on the three dots shown in the right top corner  after which following drop down message will be shown:










Click on the Delete All option then the Delete on the dialog box shown











 This deletion is confirmed by No Activity on following image













Step-8
This step is the final one in which the all of yours previous history stored can be deleted. For this just click on the three dots shown on the top right corner which will show the drop down menue.

Click on the Delete Activity By as shown







Now select the option All Time  in Delete by date option as shown










A dialog box with delete option will be shown just click on it.


Deletion of all your previous history of your activity will be confirmed by following image.
In this manner you can secure your privacy provided by Google on its platform of Security.
